Refund Policy

1. Service Fees (Coverage Plans)
All payments made for service coverage (3, 6, or 12 months) are one-time, non-refundable fees.
By purchasing a plan, you are securing access to our time, resources, and ongoing support for the selected coverage period.
2. Pay-Per-Delete Fees
Fees associated with successful deletions are charged only when results are achieved and are non-refundable once processed.
3. Work Already Performed
Once services have begun, including but not limited to:
Reviewing your profile
Preparing or sending disputes
Providing strategy or consultation
No refunds will be issued for work already completed.
4. Client Responsibility
Refunds will not be provided if lack of results is due to:
Failure to provide required documentation
Inaccurate or incomplete information
Lack of communication or participation
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 3 business days of the transaction. Verified billing errors may be reviewed and resolved accordingly.
6. Cancellation of Services
You may cancel services at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your coverage period.
7. No Guarantee of Results
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, results may vary. We do not guarantee the removal of any specific item or changes to your profile.
